1. Reporting infringement

Ratelimitly Technologies - FZCO respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our websites, or a use of the Service, infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice to contact@ratelimitly.com including:

• identification of the work you claim is infringed;
• the location (URL or description) of the allegedly infringing material or use;
• your name, organisation, and contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, and that your notice is accurate;
• your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

We review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material, suspend the relevant use of the Service, and notify the affected user. Where a user disputes the claim we may restore the material at our reasonable discretion. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as described in the Terms of Service.

3. Trademarks

"Ratelimitly" and the Ratelimitly logo are marks of Ratelimitly Technologies - FZCO. Do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. Nominative references — accurately naming the Service — are fine.
