Service Level Agreement

1. Current status: early access
The Service is in early access. During early access no service level commitment applies, no service credits accrue, and the Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued as described in the Terms of Service. We publish this page now so that the place where our availability commitment will live is fixed from day one.
2. What will change at general availability
When the Service reaches general availability, this page will define the monthly uptime commitment for paid plans, the measurement method, the service-credit schedule, the claim procedure, and the exclusions (maintenance windows, force majeure, failures of the customer's own configuration or connectivity). Changes to this page follow the notice process in the Terms.
3. Incidents
Suspected availability incidents can be reported at any time to contact@ratelimitly.com.
